Array Plastics’ experience in manufacturing parts for motorbikes dates back almost to when the firm was first founded. From technical and safety parts to chrome or paint finished fairings. Over the years, air filter manufacturing has become a speciality. The paper from the spool is perforated, folded, overmoulded and welded to the flame-retardant mesh to create the filter element, with the whole filter being assembled and checked for direct delivery to the assembly line.
